ALL insurance companies require COB (coordination of benefits) questionnaire be completed every year and also once an insurance is added or terminated.  If you have added or terminated an insurance it is your responsibility to notify all other insurances you have.  Insurance companies know when there is or may be other insurances.  If an insurance company
suspects you have other insurance, they will refuse to pay and all charges will be the full responsibility of the parent.​
